Edward (Ned) D. Flynn, III

Edward (Ned) D. Flynn, III was born in Dayton, Ohio, on February 26, 1958. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina (B.S.-Accounting, Cum Laude 1980), where he also graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration and Law Degree (M.B.A. - J.D. Joint Degree program). He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1984, the Florida Bar in 1985, the Georgia Bar in 1986, and the Washington, D.C. Bar in 1987, and is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
After gaining valuable trial experience as a prosecutor with the Florida State Attorney's Office, Mr. Flynn joined an Atlanta law firm concentrating in the area of medical malpractice insurance defense litigation. Soon after, he partnered with Jon Gottlieb to establish Flynn & Gottlieb, P.A. in 1988.
Mr. Flynn's many years of jury trial experience provide him with superior skills and knowledge in recovering monetary awards and settlements for people with claims resulting from personal injury, products liability, and medical malpractice. He has won several cases on appeal to the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Many of these rulings have made new law in Georgia.
His plaintiffs practice includes representing those injured by automobile and truck accidents, premise liability, explosions and fires, rape, unsafe buildings, vicious animals, hospital and medical malpractice, and dangerous products. He also handles other civil litigation, including commercial and business litigation.
Jon A. Gottlieb
Jon A. Gottlieb was born in Columbia, South Carolina, on August 23, 1960. He received his undergraduate Business Degree and Law degree from the University of South Carolina (B.S. 1982, J.D. 1985). He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1985, and is a member of the American Bar Association and Atlanta Bar Association.
Donald J. Coffey
Donald J. Coffey was born in Elberton, Georgia, on August 29, 1952. He received his undergraduate journalism degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1977. In 1985 he received a Masterâs of Law in Taxation from Emory University School of Law.
